2015 4Q Durango Real Estate Stats at a Glance

Durango Real Estate With 2015 now in the books, the 4th quarter numbers are in from last year, so we thought we’d share some of the final market stats that topped off what was a great year for the Durango real estate market.

According to the Durango Area Association of Realtors, country homes in Durango were the top selling properties between October and the end of December last year, tallying 77 total sales over that three month timeframe. Condos and townhouses in Durango were also hot in the 4th Quarter of 2015, with 47 condos/townhouses sold for an average price of $311,329.

In town land sales were also up significantly over the last part of the year with the 4th quarter seeing 5 in town land sales alone, up from zero sales over the entire 3rd quarter.
