2016 Durango Parade of Homes Starts This Weekend

It’s hard t believe it’s that time of year already, but here we are gearing back up for the annual Parade of Homes event! Once again being hosted by the Home Builders Association of Southwest Colorado, this year marks the 13th year for the Parade of Homes, which will take place Friday September 23rd through Sunday September 25th. 

Homes all over the area, both new and remodeled, will be on display and regardless of whether you’re in the market for a new home or not, the Parade of Homes is an excellent opportunity to see what’s out there and learn more about what features and finishes home builders are implementing in today’s new construction houses. If you’re also thinking about doing a remodel to your existing home, the Parade of Homes can also give you all sorts of design ideas, not to mention an opportunity to meet with home builders directly, who will be available to answer all your remodeling questions. 

Parade attendees can get tickets by visiting www.durangopoh.com, to you can also buy tickets at the parade’s first stop. Tickets are $20 per person and children under 12 can tour homes for free!
