Thinking about relocating to Durango? Whether you’e planning to retire here or are just starting our as a first-time home buyer, there’s something for everybody here in this gorgeous southwestern Colorado town. For those of us already living in La Plata County, it’s hard to imagine calling a more beautiful landscape home. Neatly positioned between the Animas River Valley and the majestic San Juan Mountains, Durango has a population of about 18,000, which continues to grow each and every year. But don’t worry, there’s still plenty of room for you, but only if you hurry!
